Overview
This ticket gives you full day access with multiple entries to the slope, so you can ski or snowboard to your heart's content.
Experience Ski Dubai, the Middle East’s first indoor ski resort. Enjoy a ride on the chairlift and take in the snowy views or stop for a hot chocolate at Avalanche Café. Try the Zorb Ball experience as you ride down the slope in a huge bubble-like ball. Strap yourself in for a ride on the Mountain Thriller, a custom-built ride which rockets down a 185m high slope at speeds of up to 45km/h – this is not one for the faint-hearted. Alternatively, take in the incredible views as you ride through the snowy landscape on your tubing run.

Penguin Encounter is subject to availability. Please call the Ski Dubai team on 600 599905 to confirm before starting the activity.
Make sure to have a valid ID card with you. Entrance is only possible with valid identification or passport. Kindly note a refundable deposit of AED25 per guest will be collected for the Access Card at Ski Dubai admissions counter.
For safety reasons, children under two years of age are not allowed to enter Ski Dubai.
Guests under the age of 14 must be supervised by another guest aged 16 years or above. Please note that all customers must sign a mandatory Health and Safety waiver form from Dubai Municipality at the counter. This waiver is mandatory in order to take part in the experience. Otherwise, the usual cancellation policy applies without any refund exceptions.
Cancellation policy:
- For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours prior to the experience
- No rescheduling, cancellation, or refund for booking(s) made on the same day of the event
- Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours prior or not attended (in particular for lessons and Penguin Encounters) no rescheduling, cancellation or refund
- Rescheduling within 24 hours prior for a fee of AED50 per person will be applicable
