1. If guests have not requested pickup and drop-off from the Heritage Express side, please ensure to arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the activity starts
2. The buses are fitted with wheelchair lifts to accommodate two wheelchairs comfortably in the back. Please note that guests who require wheelchairs will have to provide their own, and a notification should be made during the booking.
3. Wear comfortable walking shoes as the tour includes walking in iconic, heritage areas and souks.
4. Photography is welcome at most locations; however, always ask for permission when photographing people, especially in traditional areas.
5. Modest and comfortable clothing is recommended. We suggest bringing a hat or scarf for sun protection, especially during outdoor segments.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 72 hours in advance of the start time of the experience.
No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
Reschedule 48 hours prior to tour date and up to two times.
