Know before you go
*Please arrive 30 minutes before your designated time slot to ensure a smooth experience. *Under certain weather conditions, such as sandstorms, rain, heavy wind, or if there is a technical malfunction, Ain Dubai will not be operated. In the event that the Ain Dubai Attraction is out of service for a full day, then you will be eligible to receive a full refund. In the event the Ain Dubai Attraction is out of service for part of a day, you will be allowed to reschedule your ride.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start time of the experience. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.

Additional Information
• Guests traveling as a group may not always be in the same cabin.
• This ticket is valid only for the specific date and time indicated on it and will automatically expire thereafter. The ticket can be used only once and cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged for any reason, whether before or after its expiry.
• Holders of a child ticket (between 3 and 12 years of age) will be required to present a valid identity document as proof of age at the Ain Dubai entrance; otherwise entrance to Ain Dubai will not be allowed and the ticket will NOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED under any circumstances.
• Holders of a child ticket must always be accompanied by an adult (+18 of age) during their visit to Ain Dubai. The visit will be at the risk of the accompanying adult and/or guardian.

● Children under 3 years of age are free.
● Ain Dubai ticket holders can enjoy up to 4 hours of underground parking at Bluewaters Island.

● From 1st January 2026 the peak timings for Ain Dubai will change to 4:00PM - 6:30PM
