Overview

During peak hours, race to the top of the world's tallest building in the world's fastest elevator. Take in an unbeatable 360-degree view of Dubai's breathtaking skyline from the observation deck.
Then, descend and keep the fun going at the Dubai Aquarium. Walk through the immersive tunnel as marine life swims above and all around you, and watch professional divers feed over 400 resident sharks in a spectacular underwater encounter.
Know before you go
•Booked tickets are valid only for the selected date and time.
•Guests must collect their tickets from the At The Top main counter located on the LG Level of Dubai Mall before visiting any Dubai Mall Emaar attractions.
•Printed tickets together with the booking confirmation must be presented upon entry. Lost exchanged tickets cannot be replaced.
•Both attractions must be visited on the same day: At The Top at the scheduled ticket time and Dubai Aquarium during its operating hours on the same day.
•Individual QR codes will be generated for each guest, and every guest must present their own QR code for entry.
•Guests are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before their booked time to ensure a smooth experience, especially during peak seasons when delays may occur.
•Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 or above, and a parental consent form is required.
•Children under the age of 3 can enter free of charge.
•Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the attractions.
•Large bags, strollers, electronics, and sharp objects must be stored at the designated luggage counter.
•Peak and non-peak timings may vary depending on the season. Please check the latest booking slots before visiting.
•The average visit duration for At The Top, Burj Khalifa is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours prior to the timeslot. Vouchers converted into attraction tickets can't be cancelled and are non-refundable

Additional Information
•The following items are prohibited inside At The Top, Burj Khalifa, and must be stored in the luggage room: e-cigarettes, laptops, tablets, food items, sharp objects, skate shoes or footwear with wheels, and baby strollers.
•During severe weather conditions, attractions may temporarily close to ensure guest safety. Refunds will not be provided in the event of weather-related closures.
•On 31st December, access to all outdoor terraces will be restricted. Available booking slots will operate from 05:00 AM to 01:30 PM only. Please note that road closures and limited entry to the Dubai Mall are expected from 02:00 PM onwards due to New Year’s Eve operations.
