Know before you go
- Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time.
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your booked time. Delays may occur during peak seasons.
- Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult (16+) and require parental consent.
- Children under 3 years enter free of charge.
- No outside food or beverages are allowed.
- Please check the booking calendar for the latest Peak and Non-Peak hours, as timings may vary by season.
- The average visit duration is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. For Level 148, guests may spend up to 30 minutes in the lounge before continuing to Levels 124 and 125.
- During severe weather conditions, the attraction may temporarily close for safety reasons. Refunds are not provided in case of inclement weather.
- On 31 December, outdoor terraces will be closed. Booking slots will be available from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM only. Road closures may limit access to Dubai Mall after 2:00 PM.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours prior to the timeslot. Vouchers converted into attraction tickets can't be cancelled and are non-refundable

Ticket Collection & Entry:
•Tickets must be collected from the At The Top main counter (LG Level, Dubai Mall) before visiting any Emaar attractions.
•Guests must present their printed ticket along with booking confirmation upon entry.
•Exchanged tickets cannot be replaced if lost.
•Please ensure punctual arrival to avoid delays.
Storage & Restricted Items:
•Large bags and strollers must be stored at the designated luggage counter.
•Sharp items and electronic devices must be left at the counter.

•The Gold Cappuccino is served exclusively at the SKY Lounge on Level 148.
•Guests must inform the host or staff upon arrival to redeem it.
•It is served during the lounge visit only and cannot be redeemed separately at other outlets.
