•Aquaventure Waterpark operates until 6:00 PM. Operating hours are subject to change without prior notice.
•The vouchers must be presented upon arrival and grants access to both the waterpark and aquarium.
•Access to both attractions is activated upon first use of the pass.
•One entry per attraction is permitted.
•Lockers and towel rentals are available onsite.
•Outside food, beverages, alcohol, glass items, and coolers are not permitted. All bags may be subject to inspection upon entry.
•Appropriate swimwear is required. Denim, underwear, excessively loose clothing, and other non-swim attire are not permitted on rides and attractions.
•Standard diapers are not permitted in pools or attractions. Swim diapers are required and are available for purchase at selected retail outlets within the park.
•During peak periods, attraction queues may be longer. Fast-track options may be available for purchase at the entrance, subject to availability.
•Neptune Tower, Torrent River, Splashers Island, and Splashers Mountain are currently undergoing maintenance until further notice.
•Children aged 2 years and under receive complimentary admission.
