• Exchange these tickets at the admissions counter for your entry passes
• Seats are subject to availability – if a particular show is full, guests will be offered the next available one
• Child pricing is applied to children aged two to 11; children below two enjoy free access
• Additional AED5 is charged to enter Creek Park. This fee is mandated by Dubai Municipality and is non-negotiable.
• The supplier reserves the right to cancel the activity at any time due to operational requirements, scheduled maintenance, or to ensure the safety and comfort of guests, crew, and staff. Operational timings are subject to last-minute changes based on operational needs, and any changes will be communicated accordingly.
• Arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the show.
• The park is closed on Tuesday.
