• Seats are subject to availability – if a particular show is full, guests will be offered the next available one
• Child pricing is applied to children aged two to 11; children below two enjoy free access
• Additional AED5 is charged to enter Creek Park. This fee is mandated by Dubai Municipality and is non-negotiable.

• Unwell staff/customers/contractors and those showing symptoms with a temperature above 37.5 degrees Celsius will be prohibited from entering
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours ahead of the booked show time. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
