Overview
Explore from the depth of 10-meter deep walk, the depths of the Lost City Ruins and marine life found in The Ambassador Lagoon. Come and experience how it feels to breathe and walk underwater. Using a special helmet, you will enjoy the thrill of being surrounded by rays and colorful fish during your trek underwater. No pre-training is required and anyone over 12 years can participate.
Know before you go
• Aquatrek Xtreme takes place in the Ambassador Lagoon at The Lost World Aquarium.
• Please arrive at the Lost World Aquarium entrance at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start time.
• Guests arriving 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show.
• Maximum group size is 4 participants.
• Participants must complete a medical questionnaire and Atlantis disclaimer form before entering the water.
• Minimum age is 12 years old. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult (18+).
• Atlantis Dubai reserves the right to deny entry if an incorrect ticket type is selected.
• Participants must wear appropriate swimwear and arrive ready to get wet.
• Wetsuits are mandatory and will be provided.
• Experiences are conducted in English.
• Pregnant guests are not permitted to participate.
• Not suitable for guests with claustrophobia, fear of confined spaces, or fear of marine life.
• Participants must be able to climb the entry ladder independently while wearing the Aquatrek helmet.
• Intoxicated guests will not be allowed to participate.
• Guests with a cold, congestion, epilepsy, or serious medical conditions should not take part unless medically approved.

Additional Information
•A minimum 12-hour interval is required before any high-altitude activity (300m+), such as The Dubai Balloon, flying, helicopter rides, visiting the top of Burj Khalifa, or skydiving.
•Advance booking is required at least 24 hours prior to the visit date due to limited capacity.
•Vouchers are valid only for the selected date; amendments are not permitted.
•Please present your voucher (printed or digital) along with a valid ID at the Lost World entrance.
•Operating hours are typically 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM, but may vary; please check in advance.
•In case of severe weather conditions, the attraction may close temporarily for safety reasons. Refunds are not applicable in such cases.
