Overview
The Lost World offers the Atlantis Dive Explorer whereby a maximum group of 4 SCUBA certified divers can dive in our largest open-air marine habitat; the Ambassador Lagoon located in Atlantis the Palm, led by our expert dive team members.
This is the perfect product for thrill seekers looking to live their dive experience to the fullest. An absolute must for all certified divers!
Know before you go
• REDEMPTION PROCESS - Upon arrival, proceed to the ticketing counter at the Admission Plaza and present your voucher to exchange it for an admission ticket. You may present the voucher on your phone or as a printed copy, provided the QR code and voucher code are clearly visible. Please bring a valid passport or government-issued photo ID matching the contact name used for the booking. Guests without valid identification may be denied admission and will not be eligible for a refund. The voucher is valid only on the selected event date. Date changes or rescheduling are not permitted after booking.
• OPERATIONAL TIMINGS - Waterpark: Open daily, 10:00 am–6:00 pm • Lost World Aquarium: Open daily, 11:00 am–8:00 pm • Please note that operating hours may change without prior notice. Check the attraction's website for the latest information.
• OTHER - Dive Explorer takes place in the Ambassador Lagoon at the Lost World Aquarium. Participants must allocate enough time to collect admission ticket and arrive at the Ambassador Lagoon at least 15 minutes before their scheduled experience time. Participants arriving 5 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show. • The minimum age requirement for participation in the Dive Explorer experience is 10 years old. • Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. If an adult does not participate in the experience with the minor, the adult must ensure to be present upon entry and exit of the experience, having given signed consent to Dive staff in advance. • Guests with serious medical conditions must provide a doctor’s approval before participating. • The operator reserves the right to refuse participation if a guest is deemed unfit for the programme.

Additional Information
• Participants must have a current SCUBA certification card from a reputable Dive organization, including, but not limited to PADI, NAUI, CMAS, BSAC, or SSI. • Participants must complete a medical history questionnaire and an Atlantis disclaimer form before entering the water. • Participants must wear appropriate swimsuits and should arrive dressed and prepared to get wet. • Wetsuits and life jackets are required and will be provided. • Participants should be aware that all our experiences are conducted in English. • Please note the following items of equipment are not permitted: dive knives, spearguns and flashlights. • Pregnant guests are not permitted to participate in the experience. • Not suitable for any guests who are claustrophobic, have a fear of confined spaces or fear of being surrounded by marine life. • Intoxicated participants will be refused to participate in the experience. • Duration: 15–20 minutes preparation and briefing. 20–30 minutes in the water. • Weather Policy: In case of severe weather conditions, the attraction may close temporarily for safety reasons. Refunds are not provided due to weather disruptions. • After experiencing Dive Explorer, a 12-hour minimum interval is required before any high-altitude excursion (300 metres or more), such as The Dubai Balloon, flying, a helicopter ride, a visit to the top of Burj Khalifa or Sky Diving.
