Know before you go
Yacht selection will vary depending on weather condition and/or capacity requirements to make sure you have plenty of space and the smoothest of rides.
Dress code: smart casual, no bikinis and no footwear to be worn on board
No ID required, just come and enjoy
Please bring your booking confirmation either on your phone or as a printout
Life jackets are available on board for those that wish to wear one
Alcohol is not permitted on board
Arrive 30 minutes before departure. Boarding and briefing will begin 10 minutes before departure
Please note that no there is no time allocated for swimming
Please arrive at the meeting point and present your voucher at the Xclusive kiosk located at the Pier 7 Valet 30-minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Note that Pier 7 valet parking costs AED20, which can be validated at the Xclusive Kiosk.

By Taxi: drop off at Al Majara Towers
By Car: Park at Dubai Marina Mall (free for three hours). For valet parking, head to Pier 7 (please validate ticket at departure point, AED 20 charges apply)
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours prior to the start of the booked tour. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
