Know before you go
The vehicle capacity is five passengers. If you want to ensure private vehicle, please book for five passengers.
Pick-up and drop-off options are available from your hotel or private residence (Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman only).
Pick-up from Dubai: 3:30 to 4pm, and pick-up from Ajman and Sharjah: 3 to 3:30pm.
We can arrange special meals if requested upon booking.
Quad bikes are not included in the tour, but can be booked on site for an extra charge payable directly to the supplier.
Please note that pregnant ladies are not allowed to take part in dune driving. Pregnant ladies and older guests can be accommodated in a separate car and brought straight to the camp for dinner.
Please let us know in advance so we can arrange two pick-ups – one for the safari and the other for dinner.
If there are any changes in pick-up times we will contact you by WhatsApp, phone call or by reaching out to the hotel you're staying in.
Child seats are available upon request.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel before 10am, at least one day before the event. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
Additional Information
Tour Dubai does not recommend children under five years, senior citizens over 60 years, pregnant women or anyone else whose physical, medical or psychological condition does not permit them to participate in the activity to take part in this experience. Any guest under these circumstances wishing to participate in the activity, and all other guests looking to participate in dune driving, sandboarding and buggy rides must read and sign the Indemnity Disclaimer Form. Tour agents should provide detailed information regarding the same to the guest. If the guest refuses to sign the form, the Service Provider will not be held liable/responsible for any consequences.

In line with the sudden increase in bookings, please note the below changes since there is limited capacity of 4x4 vehicles in the market:
When there are more than 200 vehicles, please be reminded we have to provide other 4x4 vehicles such as Nissan Patrol and Toyota Sequoia besides regular Land Cruisers.
