- Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time.
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your booked time. Delays may occur during peak periods.
- Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 or above and require parental consent.
- Children under 3 years enter free of charge.
- No outside food or beverages are permitted.
- Please check the booking calendar for the latest Peak and Non-Peak timings, as these may vary seasonally.
- The average visit duration is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- During severe weather conditions, the attraction may temporarily close for safety reasons. Refunds will not be provided due to weather-related closures.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours prior to the timeslot. Vouchers converted into attraction tickets can't be cancelled and are non-refundable

• Tickets must be collected from the At The Top main counter (LG Level, Dubai Mall) before visiting the attraction.
• Guests must present their printed ticket along with the booking confirmation upon entry. Lost or misplaced exchanged tickets cannot be replaced.
• Individual QR codes are issued for each guest. Every guest must present their own QR code for admission.
• Large bags, strollers, sharp items, laptops, tablets, electronic cigarettes, and other restricted items must be stored at the designated luggage counter.
• Prohibited items inside the attraction include food, beverages, sharp objects, skate shoes or footwear with wheels, laptops, tablets, electronic cigarettes, and baby strollers.
