•Each guest must present their unique QR code at the venue to exchange for show tickets. •Tickets and vouchers are valid only for the selected date, time, and performance. •Children under 2 years old are not permitted inside the theatre. •Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. •A valid government-issued ID may be required for ticket verification. •Arrive early to allow time for ticket collection, security checks, and seating. •Guests arriving after the performance has started may only be admitted during a suitable break and could be assigned alternative seats. •Flash photography, laser pointers, and recording devices are strictly prohibited during the performance. •Only food and beverages purchased inside the theatre are permitted inside the venue. •The recommended dress code is smart casual.

•Seating is allocated by the La Perle team on the day of the show and is subject to availability.
•Special seating requests cannot be guaranteed in advance or at the time of booking.
•VIP ticket holders enjoy access to the VIP Lounge before the show only.
•Wheelchair-accessible seating is available in Silver, Gold, and VIP sections. Please note that Silver B is not wheelchair accessible.
•Tickets and vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be modified once purchased.
•Damaged, altered, or defaced tickets or vouchers may be considered invalid.
•All vouchers must be redeemed at the designated outlet. Any amount exceeding the voucher value must be paid directly by the guest.
•For the comfort and safety of all guests, security screening may be conducted upon entry.
