Know before you go
•Reconfirm your pick-up location and time at least 24 hours before your excursion by calling +971 800 272 2426 or sending a WhatsApp message to +971 4 274 8803.
•Customer support is available daily from 07:00 AM to 09:00 PM (UAE time).
•Please be in your hotel lobby or designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time.
•Inform your hotel concierge that you are waiting for an Arabian Adventures Tour.
•Transfers are operated on a shared basis in a 4x4 vehicle accommodating up to six guests and one safari guide.
•Seating is not pre-assigned and operates on a seat rotation policy throughout the experience.
•Guests participating in quad biking or buggy experiences must wear closed-toe shoes.
•A signed waiver is required for all participants taking part in quad biking, buggy rides, or zipline activities.
•During Ramadan, drinking water will be provided during transportation, with consumption managed by the tour guide in designated areas.

Child Policy & Safety:
Children under 2 years old are not permitted to join jeep safari experiences.
Children aged 2 to 4 years need to be booked in a private vehicle.
Children aged 5 years and below 135cm need to have an appropriate child car seat and this must be requested in advance.
