Know before you go
•Reconfirm your pick-up location and timing at least 24 hours before departure by calling +971 800 272 2426 or sending a WhatsApp message to +971 4 274 8803.
•Customer support is available daily from 07:00 AM to 09:00 PM (UAE time).
•Please be at your hotel lobby or designated pick-up point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time.
•Inform the hotel concierge that you are waiting for an Arabian Adventures Tour.
•Transfers are operated on a shared basis.
•Guests planning to participate in quad biking or buggy rides must wear closed-toe shoes.
•During Ramadan, bottled water will be provided during transport, with consumption managed by the tour guide in designated areas.
