•Customer support is available daily from 07:00 AM to 09:00 PM (UAE Time).
•Please be in your hotel lobby or designated pick-up point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time.
•Inform the hotel concierge that you are waiting for an Arabian Adventures Tour.
•All transfers are provided on a shared basis.
•This experience includes a 15-minute dune buggy ride (passenger only).
•Guests participating in quad biking or dune buggy activities must wear closed-toe shoes for safety reasons.
•Upon presenting your booking voucher, you will receive a token for your quad bike experience, which can be redeemed at any time during the evening.
•During Ramadan, water will be provided during transport and consumed at locations designated by the tour guide.
•During Ramadan, alcoholic beverages will only be served after sunset.
