•Customer support is available daily from 07:00 AM to 09:00 PM (UAE Time).
•Please be in your hotel lobby or designated pick-up point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time.
•Inform the hotel concierge that you are waiting for an Arabian Adventures Tour.
•All transfers are provided on a shared basis.
•This experience includes a 15-minute self-drive quad bike ride.
•The minimum age for quad bike riders is 12 years.
•Upon presenting your booking voucher, you will receive a quad bike token, which can be redeemed at any time during the evening.
•All guests participating in quad biking must wear closed-toe shoes. Sandals and flip-flops are not permitted for safety reasons.
•During Ramadan, water will be provided during transport and consumed at locations designated by the tour guide.
•During Ramadan, alcoholic beverages will be served after sunset.

Compliance with guide and instructor directions is mandatory.
The operator reserves the right to refuse participation to any guest for safety reasons.
Failure to follow safety requirements may result in removal from the activity without refund.
•Buggy Experience:
Minimum age for buggy passengers: 12 years.
All participants must sign a waiver prior to participation.
•Zipline Information:
Experience a 250-metre zipline across Lisaili Camp.
A signed waiver is required before participation.
Minimum weight: 50 kg.
Maximum weight: 120 kg.
•Important Notes:
Guests will receive a quad bike token upon voucher presentation, allowing them to use their ride at any point during the evening.
Participation in all adventure activities is subject to safety, weather, and operational conditions.
