Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours before booked date. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.

• This tour is not wheelchair accessible
• Dress code: outside of religious sites, lightweight summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets and closed shoes may be required for winter months, especially during evenings; good quality sunglasses and hats are advisable when in direct sunlight. It's wise to dress conservatively when in public, especially in souks, shops and villages – men and women should ensure that shoulders and knees are covered.
• Once pick-up location and time are confirmed, changes can only be made until 24 hours ahead of the scheduled departure time
• Duration of tour is about four hours, but commute to and from the hotel may take another 30–45 minutes depending on traffic conditions and time of day
• Adult pricing is applied to all guests
• Departure time (as per guest's request): morning tour starts approximately between 8:30am and 9am; afternoon tour between 1:30pm and 2pm
• Guests can customise the itinerary according to their wishes and confirm this with their guide; in case entrance fees are required at any attraction, guests will have to pay directly
