Overview
A tandem skydive is the easiest way to experience the thrill of freefall at over 190kmph, while securely harnessed to an accomplished instructor. Located in Dubai, the highlight of The Palm Drop Zone tandem experience is the stunning view of Palm Jumeirah island. Additionally, you're guaranteed to gain unforgettable perspectives of The World Islands, Ain Dubai and Burj Al Arab.
Know before you go
• Operating Days: Open daily except Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
• Opening Hours: Operations start at 9:00 AM. All bookings scheduled before 9:00 AM (from April 23rd onwards) have been automatically rescheduled to 9:00 AM.
• Name Requirements:
The main booker’s name must match the person participating in the skydive.
The guest’s name must exactly match the name on their passport.
Guests must bring their passport on the day of the experience.
• Eligibility Requirements:
Participants must meet all tandem skydiving requirements ( age, weight, BMI, etc.)
If requirements are not met, the skydive will not be permitted.
•Important Restrictions:
No skydiving if you completed a scuba dive within 24 hours prior
Guests must arrive on time and not be under influence
Cancellation policy
Tickets are strictly non-refundable. No-shows will be fully charged.
Additional Information
• No Refund Policy Applies If:
Tandem requirements (age, weight, BMI) are not met.
Late arrival or no-show.
Guest is under the influence.
Scuba diving was done within 24 hours prior.
• Amendments and Corrections:
A correction fee of AED 300 applies for fixing misspelt names or changing the experience location.
Changes can only be made for spelling errors or incorrect location.
Guest names cannot be replaced with another person. A new booking is required in such a case.
