Overview
Start by blasting off on water coasters and plummeting down a nine-storey, near-vertical slide straight into a shark-filled lagoon. Take it down a notch and soak up some sun as you glide effortlessly along a lazy river ride, or simply kick back with a book on the beautiful private beach.

Know before you go
• Suitable for all ages. Participants under 12 years must be accompanied by a paying adult (18+). A maximum of three children under 12 years per adult is accepted
• If you are pregnant or have any severe medical conditions, we advise careful consideration before taking part
• You must be able to understand the safety instructions, which are conducted in English
• For the safety of the animals, you should not wear any jewellery or other loose items. You should only touch the animals under the direction of the dolphin trainer
• Dolphin Bay reserves the right to refuse anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
COVID-19 prevention measures:
Social distancing measures at all areas of the Atlantis, The Palm are being observed.
Atlantis security and medical services team will also conduct temperature checks utilising thermal scanners and cameras upon arrival.
Face masks are to be worn at all times out of the water.
If you have booked the Aquaventure Super Pass or Lost Chambers Pass, we recommend visiting the Aquarium in the morning between 10am – 1pm to avoid any inconvenience.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the booked date.

Ticket Selection – Important Information
•Important: Your height must meet the requirements for the ticket you select. Please choose the correct ticket accordingly.
•Child Ticket: Ages 3–7 years AND under 1.2m in height. If a child is 3–7 years old but taller than 1.2m, an Adult Ticket must be purchased.
•Adult Ticket: Ages 8 years and above AND 1.2m or taller.
Voucher Redemption
•Present your voucher at the Customer Service Desk to exchange it for an entry ticket.
•The voucher can be printed or shown on your phone, as long as the QR code and voucher code are visible.
•Approach the Customer Service Desk upon arrival to complete the exchange.
General Information
•Children 2 years and under enter free. Some attractions have height restrictions.
•Voucher redemption is only valid on the selected date; date changes are not allowed.
•Locker and towel rentals are available.
•Prohibited items: No food, beverages, glassware, or alcohol. Bags may be inspected.
•Swimwear requirements: Appropriate swimwear is required. Beach thongs, transparent suits, underwear, denim, or very loose clothing (e.g., abaya, dishdash) are not permitted. Head scarves must be securely tied.
•Diapers: Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed in pools or attractions.
•Weather policy: Some attractions may close temporarily during severe weather. No refunds for closures due to weather.
•Operating hours may change without notice. Check the attraction’s website for the latest updates.
