Overview

Know before you go
• Suitable for all ages. Participants under 12 years must be accompanied by a paying adult (18+). A maximum of three children under 12 years per adult is accepted
• If you are pregnant or have any severe medical conditions, we advise careful consideration before taking part
• You must be able to understand the safety instructions, which are conducted in English
• For the safety of the animals, you should not wear any jewellery or other loose items. You should only touch the animals under the direction of the dolphin trainer
• Dolphin Bay reserves the right to refuse anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
COVID-19 prevention measures:
Social distancing measures at all areas of the Atlantis, The Palm are being observed.
Atlantis security and medical services team will also conduct temperature checks utilising thermal scanners and cameras upon arrival.
Face masks are to be worn at all times out of the water.
If you have booked the Aquaventure Super Pass or Lost Chambers Pass, we recommend visiting the Aquarium in the morning between 10am – 1pm to avoid any inconvenience.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the booked date.

Additional Information
1. Children aged 2 and younger are complimentary. Some attractions may have height restrictions.
2. Redemption of voucher is on the selected event date; amendments to the date are not allowed. 3. Select an adult ticket if you are 3 feet 11 inches (120 cm) or taller; otherwise, select a child ticket.
4. Locker and Towel rentals are available within the waterpark.
5. Visitors are not allowed to bring food or beverages, glassware, or alcohol into Aquaventure Waterpark
6. Aquaventure Waterpark reserves the right to inspect all bags for any such items
7. Appropriate swimwear is required when using the facilities within Aquaventure and the beach thongs, transparent bathing suites, underwear, denim, and very loose clothing such as abaya, dish dash, or similar are not permitted in the water. Head scarves, only if properly secured without any loosely flowing material.
8. Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed in any pool or attraction.
9. For those who have booked Aquaventure Super Pass or Lost Chambers Pass, we recommend visiting the Aquarium in the morning between 10:00 AM – 01:00 PM to avoid inconvenience.
10. With this ticket you’ll be able to walk straight up to the entrance lanes:
For Aquaventure Day Pass: The entrance to the waterpark will be at the Aquaventure Ticketing Plaza
For Aquaventure Super Pass: Entrance to the waterpark will be at the Aquaventure Ticketing Plaza
For Lost Chambers Pass: The entrance to the aquarium will be at The Lost Chambers Aquarium.
11. Keep in mind that Aquaventure closes at 05:30 pm, plan your day accordingly and take advantage of all the thrilling water rides and attractions available to you.
