Know before you go
- Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time.
- Your visit to At The Top is based on the scheduled time indicated on your ticket.
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your booked time. Delays may occur during peak periods.
- Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 years or older and require parental consent.
- Children under 3 years of age enter free of charge.
- No outside food or beverages are permitted.
- Please check the booking calendar for the latest Peak and Non-Peak hours, as timings may vary seasonally.
- The average visit duration is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- During severe weather conditions, the attraction may temporarily close for safety reasons. Refunds will not be provided due to weather-related closures.
- On 31 December, access to all outdoor terraces will be restricted. Available booking slots are from 05:00 AM to 01:30 PM. Road closures are expected and access to Dubai Mall may be limited from 02:00 PM onwards.
- Tables at The Burj Club Rooftop are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance.
The Burj Club Rooftop Dining Hours
Guests must arrive within the designated dining service periods. The last entry time should align with the final seating time for each meal service.
- Lunch (3-course meal): 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
- Dinner (3-course meal): 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
On-site staff are available to assist guests with directions. Guests must follow venue signage and instructions to access the dedicated elevator leading to The Burj Club Rooftop.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours prior to the timeslot. Vouchers converted into attraction tickets can't be cancelled and are non-refundable

•Tickets must be collected from the At The Top main counter (LG Level, Dubai Mall) before visiting any Dubai Mall Emaar attraction.
•Upon collection, guests must present their printed ticket together with the booking confirmation at the attraction entrance.
•Exchanged tickets cannot be replaced if lost.
•Individual QR codes are generated for each guest. Every guest must present their own unique QR code for admission.
•Large bags and strollers must be stored at the designated luggage counter.
•Sharp objects, laptops, tablets, electronic cigarettes, and other restricted items must be left at the designated counter.
•Prohibited items inside the attraction include food and beverages, sharp objects, skate shoes or footwear with wheels, laptops, tablets, electronic cigarettes, and baby strollers.
