Sky Views is one of Dubai's most talked-about destinations for leisure experiences and unique thrills. RIsing 219.5m above the city, the Sky Views observatory features a stunning 25m-long glass slide along with exceptional views of Burj Khalifa and the city skyline. Visitors can also admire the awe-inspiring views through the glass elevator, as well as from the gorgeous Panorama 52 restaurant.

Overview
Sky Views offers unique adrenaline-raising experiences – many for the first time in the region. This includes an outdoor glass slide propelling visitors from level 53 at 219.5m to level 52 at 215.5m while enclosed in a transparent glass tube. Another first is the Edge Walk, a thrilling activity that allows visitors to step onto the tower's external perimeter for a hands-free walk, taking in the sweeping city views.

Wear modest and comfortable clothing (no loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, loose footwear, or long and loose scarves).
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 72 hours prior to the timeslot. Vouchers converted into attraction tickets can't be cancelled and are non-refundable.
Additional Information
It is advised that you arrive 30 minutes earlier than your booked visit time.
Kindly be informed that only personal handbags are allowed upstairs, while all travel luggage, trolleys, laptops, baby strollers, lighters, e-cigarettes, food, and sharp items must be stored in the luggage room at the entrance lobby of Sky Views Observatory and can be collected after the experience.
No, food and beverage is not allowed. It can be purchased inside the attraction if needed.
Visitors in wheelchairs are welcome although service animals are not allowed.
Keep in mind that attractions like the Edge Walk and Glass Slide are not included.
Please note that no-shows and late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund.
Directions:: Sky Views can be accessed through The Address Sky View Tower 1 Level 1, the entry point is next to the residence entrance, or via The Dubai Mall metro link to the main entrance of Sky Views – Level 1 (next to Marina Pharmacy).
During severe weather conditions, we may need to temporarily close the attraction to ensure your safety. Please understand that we will not be able to offer refunds in case of inclement weather.
