 The La Perle customer service team will contact you to confirm your seat. E-tickets required for entry. On entry, guests may be asked to display a valid photo identification document such as original government issued ID along with matching name on the debit or credit card that was used for purchase. Late arrivals will be admitted into the venue at an appropriate interval for the safety of both the guests and artists. All vouchers are to be redeemed in named outlets and any additional cost exceeding the value of the voucher will be paid by the customer. Ticket Insurance and Cancelation Policy: • Ticket(s) and voucher(s) are valid for specific date, time and the event displayed. All tickets and voucher(s) are non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable, unless ticket Insurance is purchased. • Ticket insurance allows for a full refund, if ticket purchasers flight is delayed/cancelled or if not able to attend due to a medical reason. Notification and documentation is required within 24 hours after the scheduled show date. Insurance fee is non-refundable. • Ticket insurance allows you to shift your show date one-time. No documentation needed. Just notify us 24 hours before the show and we will go ahead and book your new date. • Tickets purchased without insurance are non-refundable and a date shift to an alternate show requires a AED100.00 per ticket service fee + any change in ticket price for the new date based on availability.

Tickets are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-amendable.

1. By purchasing tickets, you agree to La Perle’s terms and conditions.
2. Ticket(s) and voucher(s) are valid only for the specific date, time, and event displayed. All ticket(s) and voucher(s) are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable. La Perle is not responsible for any lost or damaged ticket(s) and/or voucher(s).
3. Seats will be allocated by the La Perle team on the day of the show, subject to availability. To ensure a smooth experience and avoid any last-minute adjustments, special seating requests cannot be accommodated in advance or at the time of booking.
4. Children under two (2) years are not permitted in the La Perle Theatre.
5. Guests under eighteen (18) years must be accompanied by an adult.
6. Removing, altering, or defacing any part of the ticket(s) or voucher(s) may invalidate them.
7. A government-issued ID is required for verification at the venue counter.
8. If you arrive late, entry will only be allowed during a suitable break to avoid disturbing other guests. Latecomers may also be seated in alternative seats to minimize disruption.
9. Only food and beverages purchased inside the Theatre are permitted.
10. All vouchers must be redeemed at the named outlet. Any additional cost beyond the voucher value must be paid by the customer.
11. VIP Ticket holders have access to the VIP lounge pre-show only.
12. The ticket holder agrees to submit to security checks for prohibited items, including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous, or illegal substances.
13. The supplier reserves the right to cancel the activity at any time due to scheduled maintenance or operational requirements. This is to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
14. Each guest will receive a unique QR code, which must be presented at the venue to exchange for tickets.
15. Flash photography and laser pointers are not permitted inside the venue.
16. Wheelchair-accessible seating is available only in the Silver, Gold, and VIP sections. Please note that the Bronze section is not wheelchair accessible.
17. The dress code at La Perle is smart casual. Men can opt for chinos with a casual shirt and a fitted suit. Women can be more adventurous like with tailored jumpsuits and heels or stunning dresses.
