Know before you go
The La Perle customer service team will contact you to confirm your seat. E-tickets required for entry. On entry, guests may be asked to display a valid photo identification document such as original government issued ID along with matching name on the debit or credit card that was used for purchase. Late arrivals will be admitted into the venue at an appropriate interval for the safety of both the guests and artists. All vouchers are to be redeemed in named outlets and any additional cost exceeding the value of the voucher will be paid by the customer. Ticket Insurance and Cancelation Policy: • Ticket(s) and voucher(s) are valid for specific date, time and the event displayed. All tickets and voucher(s) are non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable, unless ticket Insurance is purchased. • Ticket insurance allows for a full refund, if ticket purchasers flight is delayed/cancelled or if not able to attend due to a medical reason. Notification and documentation is required within 24 hours after the scheduled show date. Insurance fee is non-refundable. • Ticket insurance allows you to shift your show date one-time. No documentation needed. Just notify us 24 hours before the show and we will go ahead and book your new date. • Tickets purchased without insurance are non-refundable and a date shift to an alternate show requires a AED100.00 per ticket service fee + any change in ticket price for the new date based on availability.
Cancellation policy
Tickets are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-amendable.

•Seating is allocated by the La Perle team on the day of the show and is subject to availability.
•Special seating requests cannot be guaranteed in advance or at the time of booking.
•VIP ticket holders enjoy access to the VIP Lounge before the show only.
•Wheelchair-accessible seating is available in Silver, Gold, and VIP sections. Please note that Silver B is not wheelchair accessible.
•Tickets and vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be modified once purchased.
•Damaged, altered, or defaced tickets or vouchers may be considered invalid.
•All vouchers must be redeemed at the designated outlet. Any amount exceeding the voucher value must be paid directly by the guest.
•For the comfort and safety of all guests, security screening may be conducted upon entry.
•La Perle reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel performances due to operational requirements, maintenance, or safety considerations.
•Lost or misplaced tickets and vouchers remain the responsibility of the guest.
