Enjoy panoramic views from atop our double-decker buses and immerse yourself in the city as you please. From the greatest attractions and urban haunts to fascinating historic neighbourhoods and hidden gems, we'll get you there and back.
All of our tours operate in compliance with safety protocols set out by DET (Department of Economy and Tourism). Choose from a 24-, 48- or 72-hour ticket and hit the road for an exciting journey of discovery.
Know before you go
• Get a head start on the day and take the first bus
• Hop on and off at your own pace
• Daily departures: Red and Blue routes from 10am to 4pm
• First departure for both routes: 10am from The Dubai Mall bus stop
• Guests looking to complete the Night Tour on the same day are advised to start from The Dubai Mall bus stop at 5pm
• Tickets are refundable only until redeemed
• Routes are available for booking year-round
• Expected activity level is moderate and dress code is casual
• Transport coach is a double-decker bus
• The tour begins at The Dubai Mall, but you can redeem your voucher and start the tour at any of our bus stops
• Tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
*As a summer special, tickets booked for tours from May 1 to August 31, will include one complimentary child ticket (under the age of 15) for every paying adult. The offer is applicable for tickets purchased between March 30 and August 31, 2023. The complimentary ticket can be availed while checking in for the tour.
Cancellation policy
Tickets are refundable only until redeemed. Once redeemed, they are non-refundable.
