Know before you go
The yacht selection varies depending on weather conditions and/or capacity requirements to make sure you have plenty of space and the smoothest of rides. Dress code is smart casual – no bikinis and footwear to be worn on board. Please have your booking confirmation ready, either on your phone or as a printout. Lifejackets are available on board for those that wish to wear one. Alcohol is not permitted. Arrive 30 minutes before departure. Boarding and briefing will begin 10 minutes before departure. No time is allocated for swimming.
Please note that the tour is dependent on weather conditions and therefore may be cancelled by the supplier at any time. In the event of cancellation by the supplier due to weather conditions, please be advised that we will do our best to reschedule the visit or provide a full refund for the tour/ticket
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
Additional Information
In the event of late arrival, the booking will be marked as absent and rescheduling charges will apply.
All passengers must bring a valid ID for coast guard checks.
Seat Allocation on upper deck is subject to availability.
