Guests can choose from a 12-minute, 17-minute, 22-minute or 30 -minute shared flight. Up to five passengers are allowed on the helicopter at one time.
Know before you go
• Your confirmed booking time may vary by up to 15 minutes from your selected time slot.
• Guests must arrive at the venue 45 minutes prior to their booked flight time.
• If there are any availability changes, guests will be contacted and offered either an alternative time slot or a full refund.
• Please ensure a valid contact number with country code is provided at the time of booking.
• Passengers must provide accurate weight details during booking. Incorrect or missing information may result in flight cancellation and tickets will remain non-refundable.
• A valid government-issued or official identification card is required at check-in.
• Passengers’ weight will be verified before boarding to comply with helicopter weight and balance regulations.
• Seating arrangements are assigned according to weight distribution for aircraft safety.
• Children under 2 years old are not permitted to fly.
• Children aged 2 to 12 years must occupy their own seat and be accompanied by a guardian.
• Passengers who are seven months pregnant or more must present a valid doctor’s certificate confirming fitness to fly.
• People of Determination are welcome to fly but must be accompanied by a trained assistant for boarding and disembarking support.
• Loose clothing, long scarves, and unsecured accessories should be avoided for safety reasons.
• Flat and secure footwear is required. High heels are not permitted.
• Comfortable and respectful attire is required. Swimwear is not allowed.
• Large bags, purses, and luggage are not permitted onboard and must be stored in designated lockers. Only essential medical carry-on items may be allowed.
• Passengers must comply with all crew instructions and remain seated with seatbelts fastened throughout the flight.
• Casual tourist photography is permitted; however, iPads, selfie sticks, HD camcorders, and cameras with lenses exceeding 400mm are not allowed onboard unless prior approval has been obtained from Dubai authorities.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the booked date.
Additional Information
• All flights are subject to weather conditions, helicopter availability, Air Traffic Control authorization, and force majeure circumstances.
• Flight routes and durations may change due to Air Traffic Control regulations or unforeseen operational factors.
• In the event of adverse weather conditions or other external factors, flights may be cancelled at short notice. Guests will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
• By proceeding with the booking, passengers acknowledge and accept the possibility of being unable to fly due to weight restrictions. In such cases, tickets remain non-refundable.
• For private helicopter tours, the total passenger weight capacity is 420 kg. Guests exceeding this limit are advised to contact the reservations team in advance.
• Weight and balance regulations may require flights to be rescheduled or passengers to be combined with another flight on the same day, subject to availability.
• Passengers requiring a seatbelt extender cannot be accommodated due to safety regulations, and tickets will remain non-refundable.
• Passengers are subject to security screening in accordance with GCAA regulations.
• HeliDubai reserves the right to refuse carriage if operational or technical limitations prevent safe operation, or for any safety-related reason at its discretion.
• Passengers whose behaviour affects the safety or comfort of others may be refused boarding or carriage.
• Commercial photography or videography is not permitted without prior approval.
