Guests can choose from a 12-minute, 17-minute, 22-minute or 30 -minute shared flight. Up to five passengers are allowed on the helicopter at one time.
Know before you go
All passengers must complete a Passenger Declaration Form prior to the flight.
Passengers are required to adhere to staff instructions and abide to all COVID-19 precautionary measures at all times.
In the event of poor weather conditions or other external factors out of our reasonable control, the flight may be cancelled at short notice, without any charges being applied to the client.
Flights can be rescheduled as agreed, otherwise a refund will be issued.
All guests are required to present a photo ID or a passport copy upon check-in.
Passengers must check-in at least 45 minutes prior to the flight time.
Helicopter capacity is up to five passengers per flight.
Children should be accompanied by an adult (at least 12 years old) A maximum of two children are allowed on the flight at the same time for private flights.
Flight timings are given on a time range basis - customers can expect to fly between 9am and 11am when choosing a time range between 9am to 11am. Time slots: 9am to 11am, 12:30pm to 2:30pm, 3:10pm to 5:10pm.

Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the booked date.
