Know before you go

• IMPORTANT: Seatbelt Extender: Passengers needing a seatbelt extender cannot fly due to safety regulations. The ticket remains non-refundable. • Arrival Time: Check-in is 45 minutes before flight time. • Weight Information: It is Mandatory to provide your accurate weight when required. Failure to do so could cancel your flight, and the ticket is non-refundable. • ID Requirement: Original passport or official photo ID. • Weight Risk: By proceeding with the booking, passengers accept the risk of being unable to fly due to weight restrictions, and the ticket won’t be refunded. • Weather/Changes: Flights may be cancelled due to weather. If this happens, you can either reschedule without extra charges or get a full refund. • Children’s Policy: Children over 2 years old must have their own seat. Children cannot sit on an adult’s lap. Children aged 2-12 must be with a guardian. • Pregnancy: Pregnant passengers up to 32 weeks are acceptable; however, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider if you have any concerns. • Special Needs: A person with determination who is still able to walk is welcome to join with a companion to assist them. • Safety Dress Code: No loose clothing, long scarves, or accessories that could get caught in rotor winds. • Footwear: Only flat, secure shoes are allowed (no high heels). • Screening: All passengers must go through security checks. • Baggage: No large bags or purses allowed on the helicopter. They must be stored in designated lockers. • Medical Items: A small carry-on bag for medical reasons may be allowed (must be essential items only). • Flight Changes: Flights may change due to weather, air traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. • Route Changes: Routes and durations might change due to external factors. • Behaviour: Falcon Aviation can refuse service to disruptive passengers. Always follow crew instructions, like keeping your seatbelt fastened during the flight. • Prohibited Items: iPads, Selfie sticks, HD camcorders, and Cameras with lenses over 400mm. You need written approval from the Dubai authorities to bring these on board.

Cancellation policy

For a full refund, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of the start of the experience. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.

Additional Information

IMPORTANT:
• Maximum capacity per flight: 6 passengers.
• The maximum allowed body weight per passenger is 110 kg on shared flights. Passengers exceeding this limit must contact the supplier and purchase an additional seat to safely balance the helicopter.
• Group Weight Limit: The combined body weight limit for a private flight is 450 kg distributed among 6 Pax.
• Above 450 kg limit: If the combined body weight exceeds 450kgs, the flight may still be possible. However, it is mandatory to coordinate with the reservation team as early as possible. The team will analyse different factors (fuel capacity, wind, humidity, etc) & then assist in arranging a suitable flight time to accommodate the higher weight.
• The final seating in the helicopter is determined by the weights of all passengers on the flight. You can request a seat, but we are unable to guarantee your seat in advance.
• All passengers should arrive for check-in no later than 45 minutes before departure time.
• If the tour is cancelled due to bad weather conditions or technical issues with the aircraft, the customer will be notified by phone or e-mail. A full refund will be issued, or rescheduling can be arranged. Please provide your email and WhatsApp number at the time of booking.
