• IMPORTANT: Please provide your email and WhatsApp number at the time of booking. In case of any changes in timing, this will enable the teams to communicate effectively.
• Seatbelt Extender: Passengers needing a seatbelt extender cannot fly due to safety regulations. The ticket remains non-refundable.
• Arrival Time: Check-in is 45 minutes before flight time.
• Weight Information: It is Mandatory to provide your accurate weight when required. Failure to do so could cancel your flight, and the ticket is non-refundable.
• ID Requirement: Original passport or official photo ID.
• Weight Risk: By proceeding with the booking, passengers accept the risk of being unable to fly due to weight restrictions, and the ticket won’t be refunded.
• Weather/Changes: Flights may be cancelled due to weather. If this happens, you can either reschedule without extra charges or get a full refund.
• Children’s Policy: Children over 2 years old must have their own seat. Children cannot sit on an adult’s lap. Children aged 2-12 must be with a guardian.
• Pregnancy: Pregnant passengers up to 32 weeks are acceptable; however, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider if you have any concerns.
• Special Needs: A person with determination who is still able to walk is welcome to join with a companion to assist them.
• Safety Dress Code: No loose clothing, long scarves, or accessories that could get caught in rotor winds.
• Footwear: Only flat, secure shoes are allowed (no high heels).
• Screening: All passengers must go through security checks.
• Baggage: No large bags or purses allowed on the helicopter. They must be stored in designated lockers.
• Medical Items: A small carry-on bag for medical reasons may be allowed (must be essential items only).
• Flight Changes: Flights may change due to weather, air traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Route Changes: Routes and durations might change due to external factors.
• Behaviour: Falcon Aviation can refuse service to disruptive passengers. Always follow crew instructions, like keeping your seatbelt fastened during the flight.
• Prohibited Items: iPads, Selfie sticks, HD camcorders, Cameras with lenses over 400mm. You need written approval from Dubai authorities to bring these on board.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours before of the start time of the experience. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.

•Weather & Operational Changes: Flights may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled due to weather conditions, air traffic restrictions, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If the operator cancels the flight, guests may choose between a full refund or complimentary rescheduling.
•Flight Route & Duration: The flight route and duration may vary depending on weather conditions, air traffic, and operational requirements.
•Safety Regulations: Passengers requiring a seatbelt extender cannot be accommodated due to aviation safety regulations. Tickets remain non-refundable in such cases.
•Dress Code: Guests should wear comfortable clothing and flat, secure footwear. High heels, loose clothing, long scarves, or accessories that may be affected by rotor winds are not permitted.
•Accessibility: People of Determination who are able to walk and board the helicopter with the assistance of a companion are welcome to participate.
•Security Screening: All passengers must complete security screening before boarding the aircraft.
•Baggage Restrictions: Large bags, handbags, and purses are not permitted inside the helicopter and must be stored in designated lockers. Small bags containing essential medical items may be permitted, subject to approval.
•Restricted Items: The following items are not permitted onboard unless prior written approval has been obtained from Dubai authorities:
iPads or large tablets, Selfie sticks, HD camcorders, Cameras with lenses exceeding 400mm.
•Passenger Conduct: The operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers whose behaviour may compromise safety or the comfort of others. All guests must follow crew instructions throughout the flight, including keeping seatbelts fastened at all times.
•Weight Disclaimer: By confirming the booking, passengers acknowledge that the flight is subject to aircraft weight limitations. If a passenger is unable to fly due to weight restrictions or inaccurate weight information, the booking will be considered non-refundable.
