Know before you go
•Booked tickets are valid only for the selected date and time.
•Guests must collect their tickets from the At The Top main counter located on the LG Level of Dubai Mall before visiting any Dubai Mall Emaar attractions.
•Please present your printed ticket together with your booking confirmation upon entry. Lost exchanged tickets cannot be replaced.
•Individual QR codes will be generated for each guest, and every guest must present their own QR code for entry.
•Guests are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before their booking time, especially during peak seasons when delays may occur.
•Access to At The Top is strictly based on the scheduled time shown on the ticket.
•Tables at The Burj Club Rooftop are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance.
•Peak and non-peak timings may vary depending on the season. Please check the booking slots for the latest timings.
•No-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours prior to the timeslot. Vouchers converted into attraction tickets can't be cancelled and are non-refundable

Additional Information
•Lighters, e-cigarettes, laptops, food items, sharp objects, and baby strollers are not permitted inside the attraction and must be stored in the luggage room.
•Guests dining at The Burj Club Rooftop must arrive within the designated dining service hours and follow venue guidance to access the dedicated elevator to the rooftop.

•During severe weather conditions, the attraction may temporarily close to ensure guest safety. Refunds will not be provided in the event of attraction closure due to inclement weather.
•On 31st December, access to all outdoor terraces will be restricted. Available booking slots will operate from 05:00 AM to 01:30 PM only. Please also note that road closures and restricted entry to Dubai Mall are expected from 02:00 PM onwards due to New Year’s Eve operations.
