Know before you go
• Guests should use the watersports equipment only in designated areas, as informed by the instructor – understand that failure to do so may result in interruption and cancellation of the activity
• Guests should wear the buoyancy jacket during the hire period
• Guests are responsible for all damages and/or cost of repairs that occur to the equipment within the hire period that is caused by their misuse of the equipment
• The minimum age for the inflatable ride is seven; children under the age of 16 should be accompanied by an adult
• Maximum capacity for the donut and banana ride is six people
• Minimum two guests are required for the experience
• All guests must present their passports or photo IDs
• Please note that the tour is dependent on weather conditions and therefore may be cancelled by the supplier at any time. In the event of cancellation, please be advised that we will do our best to reschedule the visit or provide a full refund for the tour/ticket.
• The equipment is cleaned and sanitised twice a day, and the staff is fully vaccinated
• The operator will contact you within 48h of the activity date to confirm location and time
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the booked date. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
