Know before you go
• The indicated price is per kayak
• Guests should use the watersports equipment only in designated areas, as informed by the instructor; failure to do so may result in interruption and cancellation of the activity
• Guests should wear the buoyancy jacket during the hire period
• Guests are responsible for all damages and/or cost of repairs that occur to the equipment within the hire period that is caused by their misuse of the equipment
• The minimum age for the kayaking experience is five; children under 16 need to be accompanied by an adult
• Kindly note that all guests must present their passports or photo IDs
• Please note that the tour is dependent on weather conditions and therefore may be cancelled by the supplier at any time; In the event of cancellation, please be advised that we will do our best to reschedule the visit or provide a full refund for the tour/ticket
• The equipment is cleaned and sanitised twice a day, and the staff is fully vaccinated
• The operator will contact you within 48 hours of the activity date to confirm location and time
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the booked date. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
