Know before you go
• All guests are required to present a copy of their passport or Emirates ID
• All boating trips need approval from the Dubai Coast Guard based on weather conditions
• Please note that the tour is dependent on weather conditions and therefore may be cancelled by the Supplier at any time. In the event of cancellation by the Supplier, please be advised that we will do our best to reschedule the visit or provide a full refund for the tour/ticket.
• Guests should arrive 15-20 minutes before the scheduled trip time
• The operator will contact you within 48h of the tour date to confirm location and time
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the service date. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
