Boarding opens 15 minutes before departure. All guests are required to bring valid ID. Children under 12 years are required to wear life vests for the duration of the cruise (provided by Sky Walker).

Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 72 hours prior to the start date of the experience. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
