Overview
Hop off the Heritage Express trolley to visit Al Shindagha Museum with our experienced Emirati Cultural Ambassadors! It is an immersive experience that takes you through various aspects of Emirati culture at the city’s largest heritage museum. The tour follows the Heritage Express route, which passes by the historical landmarks of Old Dubai, in a fully customized trolley bus that mimics a traditional Emirati gathering area.
Know before you go
1. If guests have not requested pickup and drop-off from the Heritage Express side, please ensure to arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the activity starts
2. The buses are fitted with wheelchair lifts to accommodate two wheelchairs comfortably in the back. Please note that guests who require wheelchairs will have to provide their own and a notification should be made during the booking.
3. During the journey aboard the traditional trolley, we will make stops at some of Dubai's most iconic landmarks. Guests will have the opportunity to visit two different houses — the Creek House and the Perfume House — as part of a 2-hour immersive experience
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 72 hours in advance of the start time of the experience.
Reschedule 48 hours prior to tour date and up to two times.
