Overview
Floating up to 300 metres in the air (the equivalent of a 100-storey building), The Dubai Balloon lets you feel like you're at the top of the world. Following a brief safety briefing, you can board the balloon and marvel at the distinctive shape of Palm Jumeirah, while soaking in magnificent views of Dubai and its shimmering skyline.
This experience goes beyond just being an observation point, offering you the opportunity to explore the balloon's gondola and take pictures from every possible angle.
The Dubai Balloon is located at Atlantis, The Palm, which also features the record-breaking Aquaventure Waterpark. This aerial adventure is easy to fit into your itinerary and safe for all ages, making it a fun-filled experience for the entire family.
Know before you go
• Visit the ticketing office at The Avenues in Atlantis, The Palm to receive your wristband, which you can use to enter the attraction
• Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult 21 years of age or older
• For each adult holding a valid ticket, one infant (under the age of three) gets a complimentary ticket
• Proof of age is required at the entrance when redeeming a ticket for a child or infant
• The Dubai Balloon operates daily from 6am until midnight. There are no fixed timings or slots; tickets can be redeemed at any time during operational hours (depending on weather conditions)
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before visit date. No show and late cancelations are non-refundable.
Additional Information
• Weather plays an integral role in whether the attraction is open or closed, and how high it can fly. There are times when the balloon cannot operate due to weather conditions
• Safety briefings are mandatory before each flight, which take 10 minutes
• Wear comfortable, casual clothing for the flight
• The Dubai Balloon is accessible for wheelchairs and baby strollers. Please speak to a ground crew member beforehand for assistance.
