• Opening Timings: 7:00 PM to midnight.
• Beverages will be served from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
• Please note that minors under 18 years of age require consent from their parents in person.
• Visitors in wheelchairs are welcome, although service animals are not allowed.
• Please note that no-shows and late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund. Tickets are strictly non-refundable.
• Downtown Access will not be secure. Guests must arrive at the location/Downtown as early as they can.
• Parking will be available at Sky Views Observatory or Dubai Mall.

• Children aged 0-3 enter for free.
Access badges can be collected from the Sky Views Observatory ticket counter on or before December 30th between 10 AM and 10 PM.
On 31st December, we strongly recommend collecting the badges between 10 AM and 1 PM to avoid road diversions.
This badge is required for your guests to access the area on December 31st.
Please ensure to carry the booking confirmation voucher with a QR code or the original tickets when collecting the badges.
Important Notes for December 31st: Access to the Downtown Dubai area will be restricted due to road closures and diversions. Please plan your visit ahead of time and stay updated by checking official announcements for road closure timings.
Entry to the Sky Views Observatory requires both the original purchased tickets and the access badge.
