Your journey begins with an interactive museum and gallery exploring the remarkable story behind the creation of Palm Jumeirah. From there, enjoy an immersive 45-second elevator ride featuring floor-to-ceiling digital displays inspired by the sea, sand and sky as you ascend to the observation deck on Level 52.
Once at the top, take in breathtaking views and discover The Ledge, an exciting new feature at The View. Eight spectacular glass ledges extend 1.5 metres beyond the viewing deck, offering a striking new way to experience the panorama. Four overlook the fronds and crescent of Palm Jumeirah and the Arabian Gulf, while four face Dubai’s impressive skyline.
Step out onto the glass, look through beneath your feet and capture memorable photographs from high above the city.
With General Admission during Non-Prime Hours, experience the highlights of The View and its spectacular new Ledge feature while visiting outside the prime-time period.
Know before you go
•Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes before the time shown on the ticket at The View at The Palm.
•Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and remain under their guardian’s responsibility.
•The Level 52 experience is fully wheelchair accessible; however, the Level 54 “Next Level” experience is only accessible via stairs.
•Food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue.
•Large bags, shopping bags, and strollers must be stored in lockers near the entrance.
•Guests can visit on any date during the voucher validity period stated in the cancellation policy, provided they enter within the selected Peak or Non-Peak hours.
•Lost, damaged, or stolen tickets cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged.

Cancellation policy
NON REFUNDABLE: Tickets cannot be cancelled once booked but are valid on any date until 31 December 2026 during Non Prime hours ONLY.
