Know before you go
- Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time.
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your booked time. Delays may occur during peak periods.
- Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 years or older and require parental consent.
- Children under 3 years of age enter free of charge.
- No outside food or beverages are permitted.
- Visit times may be extended during peak seasons and busy hours.
- Please check the booking calendar for the latest Peak and Non-Peak timings, as these may vary seasonally.
- The average visit duration is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- During severe weather conditions, the attraction may temporarily close for safety reasons. Refunds will not be provided due to weather-related closures.
- On 31 December, access to all outdoor terraces will be restricted. Available booking slots are from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Road closures and restricted access to Dubai Mall are expected from 2:00 PM onwards.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours prior to the timeslot. Vouchers converted into attraction tickets can't be cancelled and are non-refundable

•Tickets must be collected from the At The Top main counter (LG Level, Dubai Mall) before visiting the attraction.
•Guests must present their printed ticket together with the booking confirmation upon entry.
•Exchanged tickets cannot be replaced if lost.
•Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth experience.
Storage & Restricted Items:
•Large bags and strollers must be stored at the designated luggage counter.
•Sharp objects and electronic devices must be left at the designated counter.
