Overview
Know before you go
- Operating Hours: May 10 – 31, from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with departures approximately every 20 minutes.
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled flight time for registration and the mandatory safety briefing. Late arrivals may miss their slot and be placed on standby for the next available departure.
- The full experience lasts approximately 60–90 minutes, including check-in, briefing, gearing up, and preparation. The zipline ride itself lasts around one minute.
- This offer is valid for Adult tickets only: purchase one full-price Adult ticket and bring one additional guest (aged 12–65 years) free of charge.
- Guests must be between 12 and 65 years old. Participants under 18 years old require parental consent, and guests aged 12–16 years must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
- Height and weight restrictions apply. Participants must be taller than 130 cm and weigh between 45 kg and 100 kg.
- Guests must present a copy of their passport upon arrival, and the booking name must exactly match the passport name.
- The experience is not suitable for pregnant women or guests with serious medical conditions. All participants must be in good health.
- Closed shoes and comfortable clothing are mandatory. Skirts, dresses, flip-flops, loose footwear, and large accessories are not permitted. Long hair must be tied back.
- Mobile phones and loose personal belongings are not allowed during the zipline experience.
- Photos and edited videos are included and will be sent to the provided email address within 48 hours after the experience.
- Timings may change depending on weather conditions, seasonality, or public holidays. Any operational updates or closures will be communicated through official channels and the website.

Guests can reach the location by metro (Dubai Marina Mall Station), taxi, or private car. Parking is available at Dubai Marina Mall.
No shuttle or transfer service is provided.
Rebooking is only permitted if the experience is cancelled due to weather conditions.
Refunds are only applicable if the experience is cancelled for operational reasons or due to indefinite closure beyond the operator’s control.
