Know before you go
Mobile phones will not be allowed during the zipline experience.
Please wear comfortable clothing, closed shoes and no skirts, dresses, flip-flops or any loose footwear. Hair should be tied up and any large accessories like earrings, bracelets and superhero capes should be left at home.
Height restrictions: the participant must be taller than 130cm
Weight restrictions: the participant must weigh between 45kg and 100kg
This experience is not suitable for pregnant women
The participant must be in good medical condition
Rebooking will only be permitted if weather conditions prevent the XLine from operating
Refunds will only be issued if there are any operational reasons preventing the XLine from operating or in case circumstances beyond XDubai’s control require an indefinite closure of the XLine
Guest's name must be the same as the name on the passport. Guests are required to bring a copy of their passport upon arrival.
Guests must arrive 15 minutes before their appointment time. In case of late arrival, the guest will be on standby and rescheduling will depend on the next availability.
Xline will not accept guests who suffer from serious medical conditions.
Digital edited photos and videos are included in the package. Your email will be collected before or after your experience and all your images and videos will be sent within 48 hours to the same email.
XLine Dubai only accepts individuals between the ages of 12-65 (parental consent is required in person for those under 18 years of age). For people from 12 to 16 years, riders must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

"•XLine Dubai Marina operates from Wednesday to Monday, with operating hours from 10am to 12pm and 2pm until 5pm, with 20-minute intervals. Timings are subject to change, depending on the season, the weather, and public holidays. If we need to close the ride for any reason, we will communicate this ahead of time via our social media channels and website https://www.xdubai.com/en/xline/experience
Please note that the entire experience takes approximately 90 minutes, with the ride itself lasting for one minute.
