• The museum is open until 9pm, with last entry at 7pm
• Select your preferred date and simply arrive at any time during opening hours

• The nearest metro station is Emirates Towers, which is a six-minute walk away via a connected bridge

When arriving at the museum, people of determination may also request a second entry ticket free of charge for one caregiver. Please approach the customer service desk on arrival. Our team may ask for proof of eligibility, so please have documentation or ID at hand
• The museum provides wheelchair docks in the lobby. If you require a wheelchair at any of the exhibition floors, please approach the staff on the floor for assistance. Our wheelchairs are subject to availability and free of charge. All the facilities are accessible to wheelchair users
