Football enthusiasts should not miss a chance to train at the La Fabrica Training Pitch or score a goal in oversized cleats at Magic Cleats. Afterwards, you can take a victory lap around the Cibeles fountain in the Champions Bus, modelled after Real Madrid's iconic double-decker bus.

• Kids below the age of three enter the park free of charge.
• The ticket can be used on any day within 90 days of issuance (considering the issue date and not the scheduled visit date).
• Park hours are subject to change. All attractions close 30 minutes before closing time.
• Please note that some rides might be temporarily closed for annual maintenance. Please check the park's website for the most current updates.
• During severe weather conditions, all or some rides and attractions may close down temporarily to ensure the safety of all visitors. Please note that there will be no refunds in case of inclement weather.
Cancellation policy
Tickets are strictly non-refundable and no-shows will be fully charged.

• When you arrive at the park, we recommend that you pick up a map and check the daily entertainment schedule posted in the park to plan out your day and make the most of your visit.
• All of the daytime live entertainment, rides and attractions in the park are included in the price of your ticket, so you are free to explore the park at your leisure with unlimited access to all of the rides on the day of your visit.

- Only guests holding a valid DPR ticket or confirmed booking will be permitted to board the shuttle.
- Guests must present their DPR ticket or booking confirmation at the time of boarding.
- Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited capacity. Possession of a DPR ticket, therefore, does not guarantee a seat.
- Please encourage guests to arrive early at the designated pick-up points to secure a seat.
- The consumption of food and beverages is strictly prohibited on board to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all passengers
