•This experience is subject to weather conditions and approvals from the Coast Guard and National Guard. For safety reasons, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour at any time.
•In the event of cancellation due to weather or official restrictions, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
