The minimum age requirement is 21 years old
Reschedule with up to 14 days advance notice
After 7pm, guests below 21 years old are not allowed access to AURA Skypool. Proof of identification is required, failure to provide such documentation may result in refused entry to AURA Skypool without any refund
Guests aged 15 to 18 must be accompanied by an adult
Wheelchair access is available throughout the venue
This ticket is valid only for the specific date and time shown and will automatically expire thereafter
Specific seating applies as specified on the "What's Included" section of your voucher
There is a minimum requirement of three people per booking
Cancellation policy
For free cancellation, 14 days advance notice is needed.

- Guests under 21 are not allowed after 7pm; ID is required
- Guests aged 15 to 18 must be accompanied by an adult
Arrival dress code: island chic (no swimwear, sportswear or flip-flops; tailored shorts are allowed)
Bookings made 14 days in advance may need re-confirmation if a private event is scheduled
AURA Skypool is not liable for bad weather and may change seating arrangements if necessary
