Get ready for an exciting experience starting before sunrise! Our driver will pick you up from your hotel in a stylish Land Rover Defender to whisk you out to the balloon take-off site in the heart of the mesmerising desert.
Your adventure will kick off with a safety briefing from your pilot, ensuring you are well-prepared for an exhilarating flight, followed by the balloon inflation process. Before you know it, you will be climbing into the balloon basket and waving to the ground crew as your hot air balloon gently starts to float and head up into the sky.
You'll float on cloud 9 as your ride glides over the Dubai desert at 1,200 metres. Look out for wandering camels and Arabian oryx down below and take in the stunning views of the sunrise over the rolling dunes and the Hajar mountains. One of the best things about this private hot air balloon experience is that the entire adventure is your own. This means that you get clear 360-degree panoramic views from the basket and share the intimate experience with your loved one.
After landing in the desert, your private Land Rover Defender will pick you up for the next part of this thrilling experience. You'll be driven to a luxurious desert oasis set on Royal Grounds, exclusively accessible through Balloon Adventures. There, you can enjoy a Michelin-starred gourmet breakfast inspired by the elements of air, earth, water, and fire while taking in the serene morning desert scenery.
Following breakfast, you can enjoy a short camel ride around the desert oasis. Then, embark on a guided exploration of the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve in your private Land Rover Defender. Your dedicated driver will provide insights about the desert's native fauna and flora.

•Please note that this booking is on a request basis and availability will be confirmed 24 h before the planned departure. •Kindly provide us with your hotel, room number and contact number as we need to call you to advise the exact pick-up time. If we call and are unable to reach you, we will leave a written message with the reception/operator, to be delivered to your room. •We strongly recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance that will cover you in case of unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from joining your scheduled tour. We will be more than happy to provide evidence to your insurance company if you were unable to join us.

IMPORTANT UPDATES:
• Minimum age requirement: Children below 7 are no longer permitted to join the experience.
• Guest details required upon booking: Each guest must provide their Passport number (for residents & visitors), along with their nationality, date of birth, email address, and phone number.
• Guests over 60 years old: All guests aged 60 and above are required to sign a waiver along with the boarding pass prior to the flight.
• Pregnant guests: To ensure safety and comfort, passengers at any stage of pregnancy are not permitted on this experience.
•Pick-Up Times vary by season, between 03:30 AM and 05:30 AM. Our Experience Consultants will confirm your exact pick-up time the day before your flight.

•We prioritize safety and will only fly if weather conditions are ideal. If the flight is cancelled due to weather, we will:
- Offer a rebooking for another day.
- Provide a full refund if rebooking isn’t possible.
- Notify you of any cancellations the day before if possible. If weather conditions worsen at the take-off site, we will first enjoy breakfast and then reassess the possibility of flying.
• Itineraries may vary and/or attractions be substituted for any cause including seasonal conditions, weather extremes, natural disasters, and Conservation Reserve requirements.
•We cater for vegetarian and gluten intolerance – please advise at time of booking.
•Due to the nature of this activity and the strict drone regulations in the UAE, drones are not permitted.
