Know before you go
•A minimum of 2 guests is required for the cruise to operate. If the minimum is not met, the supplier may cancel the tour and issue a full refund.
•Please arrive 30 minutes before departure time.
•Check-in closes 15 minutes prior to departure.
•Boarding and the safety briefing will begin 10 minutes before departure.
•Please bring a valid Passport or Emirates ID along with your booking confirmation, either printed or on your phone.
•Dress code is smart casual. Footwear is not permitted on board.
•Life jackets are available on board for all guests.
•The yacht selection may vary depending on weather conditions and operational capacity requirements to ensure guest comfort and safety.
•Swimming stops are available only on the afternoon cruise from 16:00 to 19:00.
•Children aged 12 years and above are permitted to swim.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours prior to the start of the booked tour. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
