Know before you go
•Family Offer (until 31/05/2026):
Children aged 6+ are welcome when accompanied by a parent.
One child (6–12 years) enters complimentary per paying adult.
Additional children are charged at standard rates.
Valid Monday to Thursday and Sunday, 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM.
•Age Policy: No entry for guests under 15 years old. Guests aged 15–18 must be accompanied by an adult. Valid ID is required for entry. ( not applicable until 31/05/2026)
•Food & Beverage: Not included in the ticket and charged upon consumption. Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
•Beverage service starts at 6:00 AM; kitchen opens at 7:00 AM.
•Swimwear Policy: Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times.
•Allowed: One-piece or two-piece swimsuits, Speedos, rash guards, board shorts, burkinis.
•Not allowed: Abayas, sarees, cotton clothing, jeans, long pants, undergarments, streetwear, or see-through items.
•Seating: Assigned as per the “What’s Included” section of your voucher. A minimum guest requirement may apply.
•Views & Weather: Sunshine and views are not guaranteed and depend on weather and season.
Cancellation policy
Booking may be cancelled with a full refund, if more than 14 days advance notice is given. Refunds/ Amendments are not permitted under any circumstance outside of the cancellation and amendment policy.
Additional Information
•Bookings made more than 14 days in advance may require reconfirmation due to private events. Alternative dates or refunds may be offered in such cases.
•AURA may adjust seating arrangements due to weather or operational requirements.
•The venue is not liable for any loss or damage related to the use of its facilities.
•Wheelchair access is available throughout the venue.
•Entry may be refused without refund in cases of: Disruptive or unsafe behaviour
•This ticket is valid only for the selected date and time and expires thereafter.
•Cancellation Policy: Full refund available if cancelled at least 14 days in advance. No refunds or amendments outside of this policy.
