Know before you go
- Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time.
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your booked time. Delays may occur during peak periods.
- Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 years or older and require parental consent.
- Children under 3 years of age enter free of charge.
- No outside food or beverages are permitted.
- Please check the booking calendar for the latest Peak and Non-Peak timings, as these may vary seasonally.
- The average visit duration is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- During severe weather conditions, the attraction may temporarily close for safety reasons. Refunds will not be provided due to weather-related closures.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours prior to the timeslot. Vouchers converted into attraction tickets can't be cancelled and are non-refundable

Ticket Collection & Entry:
• Tickets must be collected from the At The Top main counter (LG Level, Dubai Mall) before visiting the attraction.
• Guests must present their printed ticket together with the booking confirmation upon entry.
• Exchanged tickets cannot be replaced if lost.
• Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth experience.
Storage & Restricted Items:
• Large bags and strollers must be stored at the designated luggage counter.
• Sharp objects and electronic devices must be left at the designated counter.
The following items are prohibited inside the attraction:

Fast Track Access:
• Limited to 15 tickets per time slot during both Peak and Non-Peak hours.
• Includes priority access, similar to the At The Top Platinum experience.
• Priority access is not immediate entry and does not provide full skip-the-line privileges.
• Fast Track tickets are date- and time-specific.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
• Upgrades are not permitted.
• Fast Track guests will receive a white sticker for identification and expedited handling.
• Guests booked on this experience will generally use the same entry lane as Sky and Lounge visitors, subject to operational requirements.
