Know before you go
• Non-prime hours are 5am to 12:30pm and 8pm to 11pm. Prime hours are 3pm to 6pm. Fifteen tickets are available per time slot
• Tickets are dated, timed, non-refundable and non-cancellable. No upgrades allowed
• The following items are not allowed: lighters, e-cigarettes, laptops, food, sharp objects and baby strollers (which can be stored in the luggage room)
• On December 31, outdoor terraces will be closed. Booking slots on this date are 5am to 1:30pm only. Dubai Mall access may be restricted after 2pm, due to road closures

"Ticket collection and entry:
• Please collect your tickets from the At The Top main counter (LG Level, Dubai Mall) before heading to the attraction
• Bring your printed ticket and booking confirmation
• Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Delays may occur during peak seasons
• No-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled
Fast-track pass time slots:
To manage guest flow and elevator use, the fast-track pass is valid during:
• Non-prime hours: 5am to 12:30pm and 8pm to 11pm
• Prime hours: 3pm to 6pm
(Time slots may vary seasonally – check your booking for updates)
Ticket details:
• Only 15 tickets per time slot are available
• Priority access is included (not full skip-the-line)
• Same entry lane as Sky and Lounge guests (white sticker for fast-track guests)
• Tickets are dated, timed, non-refundable and non-cancellable
• No upgrades allowed
Guest guidelines:
• Children under 16 must be with an adult (aged 16 or older) and need a parental consent form
• Children aged three and under enter free
• In bad weather, the attraction may close temporarily. Refunds are not provided in such cases
