Know before you go
• Boarding opens 20 minutes before departure
• All guests are required to bring a valid ID
• Kindly note that pregnant women cannot participate in the experience
• Children under 12 years old are required to wear life vests for the duration of the cruise (provided by Sky Walker)
• Please note that the tour may be cancelled by the supplier at any time due to weather conditions. Additionally, the tour itinerary/routing may be changed by the supplier to ensure the safety and comfort of the passengers
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 72 hours before the start date of the experience. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
