•This is a shared tour.
•All guests must carry a valid passport or Emirates ID. Guests without valid identification will not be permitted to participate.
•Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled boarding time. Late arrivals may be considered no-shows.
•The experience is not suitable for pregnant women, guests with back problems, guests with impaired mobility, or guests under 120 cm in height or 15 kg in weight.
•Exception for children: Children weighing at least 15 kg may participate if they can safely fit into the provided life jackets. The child rate will apply.
•Dubai Marina tours are not available on 31 December.
•Getting wet is unlikely; however, sea spray may occur in certain conditions.
•Tour timings may vary depending on the season. Guests will be informed in advance of any changes and given the option to reschedule.
The tour is weather-dependent and subject to Coastguard and National Guard approvals. It may be rescheduled or cancelled due to weather conditions, operational requirements, official restrictions, or for the safety of guests and crew.
•In case of cancellation due to weather or official restrictions, every effort will be made to reschedule the tour or provide a full refund.
